Nature of Service

Informo is a fully digital service. We provide access to an AI-powered news digest through our application available on compatible devices.

No Physical Shipping

As Informo is a digital product:

• There are no physical goods to ship.
• Traditional shipping costs, methods, and delivery timelines do not apply to your Informo subscription.

Digital Access Delivery

Immediate Access

Access to the premium features included in your Informo subscription is granted digitally and typically immediately upon successful confirmation of your payment by us or the third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) through which you subscribed.

How to Access

You can access the Informo service by logging into your account within the Informo application installed on your compatible smartphone or tablet.

Requirements

Access requires:

• A compatible device
• A stable internet connection
• An active Informo account with a valid subscription

Confirmation of Access

You will usually receive confirmation of your subscription activation via email or through a notification from the platform you used to subscribe. Your account status within the Informo app should also reflect your active subscription.

Issues with Access

If you have successfully subscribed and your payment has been processed, but you are unable to access the premium features of Informo, please try the following:
