Informo - Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for using Informo! This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancelling your subscription to the Informo service (“Service”) and our policy regarding refunds. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. By subscribing to Informo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Initiating Cancellation: You may cancel your Informo subscription at any time. Cancellation can be managed directly through your account settings within the Informo application or via the third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) through which you originally subscribed. Please follow the instructions provided within the app or by the respective platform.
- Timing of Cancellation: Your cancellation request will be processed immediately upon submission. However, the cancellation will formally take effect at the end of your current paid subscription period (e.g., at the end of the current month for a monthly subscription, or the end of the current year for an annual subscription).
2. Access Following Cancellation
- If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle, you will continue to have full access to all premium features of the Informo Service until the end of that specific subscription period for which you have already paid.
- Your access to premium features will automatically cease, and your subscription will not renew, at the conclusion of your final paid subscription period.
- You will not be billed for any subsequent subscription periods after your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
3. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made for Informo subscriptions are final and strictly non-refundable.

Informo does not provide refunds or credits for any:
- Partial subscription periods.
- Subscription fees already processed and paid.
- Unused time remaining on your subscription if you choose to cancel before the end of the term.
- Downgrades in subscription level.

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy.
4. Changes to This Policy
- Informo reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy within the Informo application or on the Informo website (informo.news).
- We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
