Informo is a fully digital service. We provide access to an AI-powered news digest through our application available on compatible devices.

Confirmation of Access

You will usually receive confirmation of your subscription activation via email or through a notification from the platform you used to subscribe. Your account status within the Informo app should also reflect your active subscription.

Issues with Access

If you have successfully subscribed and your payment has been processed, but you are unable to access the premium features of Informo, please try the following:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the correct Informo account associated with the subscription.
  2. Log out of the Informo app and log back in.
  3. Restart the Informo application.
  4. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version available.
  5. Check your subscription status via the platform you subscribed through (Apple App Store / Google Play Store settings).
